Dutch Bros Coffee

I recently gave a review that did not reflect this particular Dutch Bros. Although most shops have diminished in service , and wait times are excessive, that was not our experience here. We enjoyed quick and friendly service, and our drinks were created to perfection. My sincere apologies!

This place has really gone downhill. The wait time is ridiculously long, prices are too high for the quality of drinks, and the kids working are too busy talking to eachother than interracting with the customers. Friendly faces and greetings were what made me a loyal patron since it opened.

I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 1 car ahead of me and the guy at the window barely apologized. When I got my drink it was luke warm. If I hadn't already paid I would have gotten out of line. I was willing to write that off as an anomaly but it was the exact same situation the very next time I went through but with a longer wait time! Last time I visited I was double charged for a drink I didn't even receive. This was all in a 2 week span with a different batista each time.

Always super nice people. Yesterday they drew a puppy on my cup after asking if I had a favorite animal. Yay! It looks like my fav puppy too. Of course the coffee is always good, but yesterday was a Frost.

The Campout freeze with caramel and 3 shots of expresso is amazing. Even tho I am all for Starbucks I’ll give to Dutch Bros as a great place to go for coffee. Dutch Bros is my second choice only because Starbucks is more convenient and has more locations. 5 Star review for amazing service and wonderful branded coffee.

Wow, pulled up to my first ever Dutch Bros while I was on business in the area. I didn’t know what to get and told the two individuals that served me (unfortunately I did not get their names) that I was from Huntington Beach, Ca…they gave me tons of recommendations and were very inviting. Phenomenal service and outgoing staff. I didn’t even notice the written message on the lid until I was almost done. I need to open one of these in HB, Ca!

Absolutely loved our experience here. Fast and friendly service! Even gave us recommendations on things to do since we were from out of town! We went back multiple times throughout our trip because the coffee was great and service was awesome.

Incrediblely slow. Waited thirty minutes behind one car and was waiting 10+ mins after ordering

I get their gift cards and give them out for Christmas ⛄🎄.

Everyone was goofing off and they had a really big line and if my husband didn't already pay for our drinks we would of drove off and all the girls where screaming at each other. Also the girl that worked the window was rude and didn't even ask we wanted to leave a tip and I'm happy my husband and I didn't. She had short brown hair in a pony tail and mid hight.

Always happy. Great store. Great people.
