Java Crew

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I am very disappointed with the service that was provided. My husband and I usually go to DB, Bentley’s, or HB but since we live so close we thought we should try Java Crew so I walked up to the window with our daughter in her wagon to try and explained to the lady at the window that we are wanting to see if we can get some what close to the drinks we get to elsewhere to see if we could just start going to Java Crew instead. As I was explaining the drinks the lady got extremely unpatient and which at that time there was only 1 other car in the drive through. She said that the drink I ordered was as close as possible to what I explained than when I asked her again she said “we’ll honestly I wouldn’t drink it it’ll probably be gross” I was extremely put off by that since she just minutes prior said that was close to what I order from the other places. When I looked at the menu to see if I can add a flavor to make it taste a little better she quickly shushed me saying there are a lot of customers in the drive through waiting and that I need to hurry. There was still only 1 car behind me. I just said fine and clear her continue on with our order. Than the customer behind us rudely yelled out his window “ARE YOU ABOUT DONE YOU KNOW YOUVE LOSE THEM LIKE FIVE CUSTOMERS RIGHT?! I explained to the customer that the lady was almost done and also clarified that he was incorrect because he was the only driver there the whole time.. the lady inside quickly glared at me as if I’m not allowed to stand up for myself to “her” customers. The server was extremely rude, and spoke in a sassy tone with me the whole time. This coffee place definitely isn’t family oriented... I felt like this business is verry snoody and doesn’t care about the experience the customers have. DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK. I will be sharing with family and friends about my experience as well.

Good consistent coffee most everytime..but don’t like being asked if I want to leave a tip when using my cc..Java Crew on Wallace Rd is AMAZING

Enjoyed my Americano. We went inside and the indoor seating area is nice but feels a little bit under-equipped. Most coffee shops allow you to do your own cream and sugar and other additives; this place does not have that stuff set out and they have to do it for you like you were in the drive thru.

I went there the other day hoping to get some work done. I look for big tables for my laptop, art pad, and projects. This place had just that. Add to it, this gentleman named Sean who ranks one of the best in customer service I've ever seen. For those to reasons alone, I will continue going here. Oh, and they have some amazing drinks too. 5 stars all day.

The employees are always so kind. Always know my order and that my dog wants a treat. This particular location is my fave!!

I have been in this place a couple times. Never busy and kind of quiet. A great place to drink coffee and stare off into space.

I would recommend Java crew to anyone try the jump start it's super good blended or hot and the girls are fantastic there they're always so nice and upbeat I'm there every day I love seeing the girls

I go there for the smoothies and my dog Riley loves to go cause the girls spoil him with his favorite doggie biscuit. Miranda is Awsome!!

Java Crew is always great! Love their employees, they're always so nice. Drinks are always consistent, which is a big deal to me. Awesome work!

Just came in this morning. The girl working argued with me about how many punches I had on my punch cards then wanted to argue with me about an additional punch for a drink I had just purchased. She made my drink wrong and then told me the wrong price for the drink she ended up having to give me a dollar back. Rude, and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location.
