Still one of my favorite on the go coffee shops.

Love Dutch Bros! IMOP, way better than Starbucks! The staff is always ready to help, no matter if you're a noob to coffee or a pro, they are always ready and willing to help you with whatever you are in the mood for. Don't get me wrong, Starbucks is great but Dutch is where it's at!

Absolutely love this Dutch Bros. Always good coffee. They usually know what I'm drinking before I order - iced Americans with cream, unless I decide to change it up a bit.
Fairly easy to get into. Plenty of space for customers. Staff super friendly.

Didnt receive my points after purchase 9/15/22. The Broadway store gets my drink right maybe half the time 👎

Dutch is always great. Our favorite batista is Rocky. He's always super friendly and even remembers our orders.

Today I had a horrible day, when I pulled up I tried not to show it.. but clearly the girl taking my order could see it. I ordered my drinks and pulled up to the window to pick them up... when I got there I was given my two drinks plus two more and they were all free. They told me they hoped I had a wonderful day and on my cup they wrote “Have a good day! You are so loved!” Never in my life has a complete stranger make me feel so loved and special. I will forever be a customer to this shop. Everytime I come here they’re so warm and welcoming and are always complimenting me. Most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced HANDS DOWN!! ❤️

Friendly people, great culture! I love how most of them will take the time to listen. I was very surprised the other day when they made my drink wrong and the young gal asked for it bank to fix. That's a big no, no. A health violation I am pretty sure, especially in a pandemic.
