Customer service is 100% lacking with whoever was working today. Had a reusable cup, and they used a plastic one to measure the drink then dumped it into mine.. no doubt throwing it away.

Their frozen hot chocolate hands down beats Dutch Brothers by a million there's actually tastes like a hot chocolate or Dutch Brothers it's just 2% chocolate milk Port over some crushed ice that's not a frozen hot chocolate where the human being are with so amazing that frozen hot chocolate to die for

Yes I'm trying to stick with them as they grow and expand. They have great practices by partnering with small International companies. And they sell French roast coffee what more could you ask for?

When we lived in Roseburg, we'd often visit Human Bean and usually were satisfied with our order. As time went on, the quality of their beverages at this location began to fall (too watered down, not as tasty as before, etc).
The last straw was when we were in town for shopping and ordered a couple of hot beverages. My wife's beverage was okay but before I could drink mine, the lid came off and the very hot coffee scalded me painfully. No, I didn't mishandle my cup, no I didn't fiddle with the top before drinking. The person who prepared my beverage didn't put the top on properly.
I'm not some dum-dum who doesn't know how to handle a cup of coffee -- I drink it at home every day. This was an accident or negligence on the barista's part. When I (politely) wrote Human Bean about this incident, they didn't even bother to say "We're sorry that happened" or "Are you okay?", they just treated me to silence. If you treat me that way, I'm not giving you my business anymore...and I haven't since that incident.
