Great food & service, reasonably priced & friendly people !!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stop here. Staff where friendly and get the job done quickly. We both had the fish and chips basket. Came with a ton of food. Some of the best coleslaw I've ever had. Fish was lightly hand battered, had a good flavor and delicious tater sauce to pair with. My husband really liked their frys.
Only complaint I really have is the water had a slight metalic taste to it. Next time we'll try their pies.

I stopped in for ice cream and memories.
My wife and I would stop in from time to time.
She loved the lemon sour cream pie.
She is no longer with us.
The ice cream and service were excellent!!!!

Great all American food and friendly service. This place offers great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I really enjoy having breakfast here. Very good omelets. For lunch I recommend a burger and milkshake. Good old fashioned style. Or if your trying to warm your belly try their delicious clam chowder.

Friends were in town and we decided to go to lunch here. I live this place and was hoping my friends would as well. They did! Thanks for the amazing food and service.

Captains Platter is a definite MUST! The best seafood I've had on the coast. Perfectly cooked scallops, cod, salmon, calamari and shrimp. I am getting oysters next visit because well, the cook is amazing at seafood!

We were just passing through on a road trip and stopped here to get some lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great (especially the pies, of which we tried two). We didn't order anything particularly special, but the food was clearly made with care and with good ingredients. For example, my simple sandwich was way tastier than it should have been.

Really like the cute little painted souvenir rocks for sale by the register - whoever makes those should charge more for them.

We have eaten breakfast here a couple times. Very friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices.

We stopped in to try their pie. They looked incredible. My husband had the marionberry and I had the chocolate cream. They were both good but not "out of this world". Next time I'm in the area I'll try them again.

Absolutely disappointing!!! What's the best way to ruin a simple a frozen hamburger patty, mash potatoes? You drown it in gravy so you can't figure out what each flavor is. Then when the customer asks for a new meal, they're told no just scrape it off you'll be fine. Would you accept that? I returned the whole order and asked for my money back. This is the very first time I have ever had a restaurant tell me and I quote "Just scrape it off it will be fine." I have never returned a meal and asked for my money back. I've worked in service for years I would never dream of saying that to a customer. So if you find yourself wanting to stop at at Don's Main Street Family Restaurant. Do yourself a favor DON'T.
