Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros make some amazing coffee, but twice now this particular Dutch Bros has disappointed me in its customer service. Twice I have pulled up only to see one of its barista’s goofing off with a customer in front of me, stalling the line and not even acknowledging me. I know the company wants to create a vibe of fun, but goofing off with a customer who happens to be a friend is not professional, delays the line, and just doesn’t look good. Be friendly, be fast, and be professional.

Almost always gets my order right and some of the friendliest staff around. Care way more about customers than other drink stops

I sat behind a car for 4 or 5 minutes that must of been an employee. I only assume it’s an employee because she crawled into the window of the car sitting at the drive thru from inside the stand.. and then continued to chat without getting anything.
I’ve been here a few times..it’s been alright but tonight just seemed slightly unprofessional and turned me off on my experience before reaching the window.

I have been enjoying Dutch Bros since college. They're known for their service but today they went over and above. We had just left the memorial for my wife's grandma and stopped for coffee. They asked how we were doing and I just said it had been a hard day. They said they were sorry to hear that and then gave us 2 free coffees. Service like that doesn't exist much anymore, but that's why we always choose Dutch Bros.

This Dutch bros has gone down hill. When the kids hot chocolate is hotter then the adult coffee. Thats sad. Have to repeat the drink order multiply time to the person taking the order. We stopped going here, because service had gone down. New faces constantly. Decided we'd try going again. We won't return. I understand drinks being hot. But when we order the not so hot chocolate for a 3 year old and the cup is to hot for her to touch. That's just Dutch bros being dumb.

Always friendly and willing to make a suggestion if you don't know what you want. You can even have a surprise coffee! Love the new app for touchless pay, auto tipping and getting rewards.

THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. I get it. You want to portray a lively atmosphere. But do you realize that you can't have a conversation when you can't hear? Every time I go to this location I get asked what I'm doing for the day and every single time they can't hear my answer. Either turn the music down when you have a customer, or don't make small talk.

We went after a long day of driving all over Bend and Redmond. We got it drinks, had a free drink on a card. Went to pay and my daughter couldn't find her bank card. We tried to do it via her phone, but it wouldn't scan. We had like $2, and enough change to make up the difference but they said "no problem, it's on us today". How often does something like that happen?! How shocking these days that people would be like that. Next time we're in town, they're getting a huge tip!! I wish I had gotten their names.

Dutch always goes above and beyond and I don't mean the company. All the hard workers have been nothing but kind! Always tip! (I have changed my review to one star ONLY because of Dutch Bros. Owners.)

Oh my goodness!! That's what Dutch Bros is...a whole lot of goodness in a cup... No matter the size or the kind if drink u get.. They always strive to make getting ur drink a great fast experience.. Thank u dutch for providing me with my personal fav. The ice kicker.. Its absolutely amazing!! Its not to sweet but it's still got a lil coffee taste to it.. It has been my main drink for the past 8 yrs. Since I was first introduced to its unique wonderful taste.. Besides smoothies every so often i mostly get the ice kicker.. Everyone that goes there has their own personal fav.. Try several different drinks/beverages etc.. And I'm sure u will find ur personal fav.. Too..
