The very best coffee comes from the very best people. We are regulars at the Overton location, we love the coffee, pastries, and sandwiches...it feels like family. When Dee makes you a scone and Karter whips up a pistachio latte you feel so cared for. Delicious food and amazing people-can you give a business more than 5 stars? ❤️

Ordered a Moroccan chai and Moroccan latte, and a warm scone. The scone was delicious! (I wish the Moroccan latte had a little stronger flavor.) The baristas were helpful and helped me personalize the drinks.

Pistachio latte is delicious! 💚

The ZaZa’s are my new obsession!

I've been meaning to stop in and finally did today, did not disappoint! We got iced mochas, turkey panini and a breakfast biscuit, everything was delicious! We were able to text in our order, they were quick to respond and it was very convenient. I'm so happy they are in the neighborhood! I will definitely be back.

Update. Thank you for listening!! They now have sanitizer for customers, so I have changed my 1 * to a 5*.
I've been coming for about 3 months on a weekly basis. Coffee great. BUT! Its been a year - come on! Provide some sanitizer for your customers! We have to touch the POS screen! Show some care and concern and install sanitizer stations! I even asked the staff and they said they did but they got stolen! Put a machine on the wall. A small investment to ensure the safety of your customers.

If you’re on the hunt for an extensive coffee and tea menu with an equally extensive food menu to pair with, Ovation is your best option in the district.

Skip trying to find a parking space and take the NS-Line Streetcar to a stop about a block away. Very quiet space that would be good for getting work done with plentiful outlets. Be warned though, there is extremely limited cellular coverage inside. You’ll find yourself without signal unless right next to a window.

Pistachio lattes with Moroccan spices are my favorite. Pastries are delicious too. Love the community feel of this place and the super friendly owner & staff!

Nice people, excellent coffee, and a great location!! What more could you ask for? My favorite is the Moroccan Giraffe latte with a Turkey and White Cheddar Panini!
