Nice location, service wasn't great but got me my coffee. As for the coffee tho, I got the salted honey latte. Didn't really taste the honey or salt in it. Overall, disappointed.

This is the best place in the neighborhood for really, really good coffee. They also have a super tasty menu of pastries and bagel sandwiches, etc. I would personally recommend their Ocean Roll, which is a cardamom cinnamon roll. They also have everything croissants, which are to die for with some avocado or cream cheese. The service is always great, and they are located outdoors but have lots of covered seating. It’s also convenient that they’re open until three for those of us who get a late start in the morning!

I was in the neighborhood and wanted some cofee. Found this place on maps, and was surprised how cool it is. Coffee was great and they did a little leaf on it!

Every single time I visit grind house I get such great service and my order is always 💯 ! I always get a brown sugar cinnamon latte and I especially love grabbing the "everything crescent" whenever they have it!
Visit this little coffee stop, you won't be disappointed!

Been loving this neighborhood coffee spot for years! The lattes are perfection, and they have quick savory breakfast options: In the mood for a bagel? They got ‘em. Wanna skip the bread? The “Fresh Cup” has all the goodies. Wonderful staff, lots of regulars and neighborly atmosphere. Family and puppy friendly. ✌️✨

Amanda is the true gem of the neighborhood. She cares about her customers and makes all feel welcome. The coffee and bakery items are always great quality.

Have only ordered the oat milk latte but love it! Amanda is very kind and provides quick service. Definitely in my top three coffee spots in Portland!

There is only one barrista/employee there. I arrived at 7:05 am and stood in line behind 3 people. Others were waiting who had already placed their order. She will get your coffee after a wait and then take more and more orders and get their coffee while people are waiting for their food. She got it out of order, or she caters to regulars, I have no idea. She was so completely inefficient. I had to go to work and suggested she just give my bagel to someone else. For the wait, for the quality of what you end up with, I would say not worth it, and not worth the attitude she flipped at me when I asked her to give my bagel away. It took 25 minutes. You can get better service and better food elsewhere.

Love it! So cute, always good coffee with interesting seasonal flavors and they have a nice pastry selection, too (I think they get them from Sparrow Bakery in St. John’s iirc).

Great spot with some outdoor seating. Nice to grab a coffee on a walk around the neighborhood. Delicious food and coffee with a laid back vibe.

Queer owned space that also offers plenty of options for all dietary needs, and never forgets a treat for your pup!
