Okay look this place has some very expensive coffee, but if you can justify treating yourself and you’re willing to pay for a premium for super ethical coffee, they have some of the best in the city. The Ethiopian espresso was a perfectly bitter zing in a cup. The pour over is like a coffee bean soup in a soup bowl. Right up there with Carnelian for me.

Del Sol sandwich!!! Literally the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The passion and creativity from Lily is amazing. Extra shout out to Ace and Miranda, great baristas and always great vibes. Love them all!

Fillmore is a cute spot for your morning coffee and morning treat. I got a drip coffee and ice tea as well as jalapeño bagel with cream cheese and cheese kalamata olive croissant. They now serve black heart bagels. And the menu has changed recently.

I think this is one of the best roasters in the country. Their nuance with light roast is unparalleled. Pour overs here are exquisite. Staff has been welcoming and so knowledgeable. Staff keep the mood calm and inviting. In a town with excellent coffee choices this place is at the top. Freedom and all staff have been so wonderful and friendly. Thank You!

Wonderful coffee, atmosphere, and pastries. Pastries are from Tabor Bread and are worth the price. The menu provides other tasty treats as well, all of which have been delicious from what I have tried. The customer service is stellar and I always feel welcomed. They also have many lovely house plants for sale at a decent price considering many of them are in beautiful clay pots.

I love this local coffee spot. It is cozy and the drinks are yummy. Pizza is solid and the bakery items are always a treat. The staff are friendly too. It's a nice place to work quietly or meet up with someone. There is a small kids play area so the little ones can be entertained too. There are 2 larger tables if you have a big group too. They both comfortably seat 6, maybe even 8.

Fillmore has become my favorite neighborhood cafe. The staff is friendly and skilled. If you need something to go, they’ll take care of you, but it’s also really nice to just come in and sit a spell. Fresh flowers on the tables are a lovely touch.

A couple of big tables for a study session or group event, some two-tops, and plenty of bar seats. Kid-friendly, play area and changing station in the unisex bathroom. Sidewalk table seating, too!

I’m proud to see how much this local business has come into its own in the last few years! Looking forward to visiting them for years to come.

It’s hard to leave a review when the staff was kind. Me and my best friend were just not impressed with anything here and confused for all the great reviews, and maybe it’s just us?
The coffee tasted very odd. The bfast sandwich was running and chunky and the person making the food didn’t wear gloves which made it less appetizing. I tried a scone, and the scone was still 100% dough and wasn’t cooked. We couldn’t eat/drink at least half of anything before we left.

Beautiful decor, super kind staff, and amazing breakfast sandwiches! This place has really good vibes. Will be back again
