I don’t understand the hype. Both times I have gotten drip coffee (even with an add shot) it’s flavorless and if I add cream it tastes like milk water. I imagine the espresso based drinks are tastier, but I don’t drink those. Maybe it’s just me! But I like coffee, so maybe it’s just weaker than I prefer. I literally poured out my last one after tasting it.
As a former employee, I urge you not to support this business if you genuinely care about the benefits and wellbeing of employees (particularly minimum wage employees). You would think as a small business, more care and attention would go toward their employees, but they treat their staff with the same disregard as Starbucks treats their employees. I bring up Starbucks because the owners of Coffee Rush seem to be fixating on becoming just like them. They could not be more out of touch with their target demographics and the needs of their customers and employees. I could go on and on about the negligence I experienced as an employee, but I will keep it short and summarize with this - if you want to support a good "ma and pa" business, this is not the one.
The coffee is great but I went there for the people/baristas. None of the baristas are the same. Sydney, Leah, Clarissa, Brie, Jenna - all of them left. Most of the new baristas burn the coffee. What I really liked was how friendly those baristas were and how they carried on conversations and knew everyone’s drinks. I never had to tell them my drink. Since all of them left I will not be going back. I also don’t think they treat their employees very well considering the amount of turnover that’s been happening.
Coffee Rush in the Greenway Town Center is a great drive-up coffee shop. Everyone is so friendly & the service is great.
I really enjoy the white chocolate mocha which has excellent flavor but is not too sweet.
Living in the Bull Mountain area it’s actually fairly easy to get to.
And the shopping center has plenty of other great shops to give reason to get there often. Especially if you need a little caffeine-boost to get things started!
I don't write reviews, but I am writing this one for the common good. I felt fine this morning, but after ordering an oat milk latte I've been frequenting the restroom. I am almost certain the oat milk was expired. I should have gone back after I noticed it tasted a little off. Lesson learned. I've been here at least 10 times and have had no problems, but I won't be going back.
Great coffee and even better service. Almost don't even need coffee with the energy and pick me up they bring to the drive thru. Thanks ladies! - Coach JG
I don't go out for coffee often, but when I do it now ALWAYS this place. Everyone that works there is so friendly and the coffee is great! Highly recommend! Keep up the good work!
Use to go out of my way for Coffee Rush until I noticed on my bank statements they were double charging for unknown reasons. $12.90 charged every time I got a medium iced latte with a dollar tip. That’s it. Really unfortunate as I can only afford to get coffee here every once an a while.
Great coffee. 24 oz hot cups( rare find ) But main reason i keep coming back is the people. Bree and Clarissa are my go-to's. Love pulling up to a place where everyone knows your name.
