By far my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. The staff was super friendly, they have two separate indoor seating areas, one of which feels like a library. Great space to chill, read, study, work. Also, best turmeric latte I’ve had in a while. What I like the most about this place is: the fireplace, the lighting game, the table arrangements (specially the ones by the windows) and the peacock painting on the wall.
Can’t wait for them to open in the afternoon too!

Lovely atmosphere, with windows viewing the street, pretty lighting, marble topped cafe tables. Coffee is great as well. They have a small but nice pastry selection there, too. Just beware they do not have Wi-Fi if you were planning to work there.

Every case study I’ve tried has been on par with a level of excellence that goes well beyond the normalized corporate coffee experience. Do yourself a favor and explore the joys of the craft coffee shops.

Lots of seating, cute vibes, the best matcha

Absolutely delightful new space -- very much love how it still feels like an old home, but modified enough to fit a public space. So many seats and hidden corners where it feels very private. Lots of outdoor seating as well. Will be coming back here often!

I wish I could give this place a billion stars. All the baristas are SO friendly, and it’s really cute. Best espresso I’ve had in pdx, and the house made syrups are really great. Good food too!

Personal convenience over environmental consciousness and customer request. Walked in at 3:15 and asked for iced drink for here. Counterman says he's going to give me in a to go cup. I ask, "is it plastic" and I say I prefer not to which he decides to say "I'm going to do it anyway." I cancel drink. Never coming back unless this complaint is sufficiently addressed.

Good lattes, would be better with more house syrup to get the full flavor.

Yay! Long-term Portland favorite, Case Study, has made it onto NW 23rd. Light and charming, with yummy beverages, sweet treats (including a gluten free and vegan option the day I visited), and friendly service. I am hoping the hours will extend later, once this location gets more established.
