They were kind, coffees made good, make the BEST bagels ever there! they aren’t homemade but they make them perfectly! :))

I gave this coffee place another chance, 100% improvement. Coffee was great (not cold) and had a bagel. It was nice. I'll be stopping by more often...

The coffee is great, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious! The food is made fresh on the spot when you order which I love, and there are many good breakfast and lunch options on the menu. Staff are very friendly.

We love this place! They have an extra-large size — great for when you just need an olympic-sized latte — and the staff is super-friendly. Great coffee, great service.

Been to otis beanbox multiple times.

Either to much ice in the drink so you pay alot for mainly ice or the drink does not taste favorably. Tilamook chocolate ice cream is the best but they make a shake with that taste like run down chocolate milk.
Strawberry lemonade sucks no actual strong flavor strawberries (cant wait to have bobalistic here they know how to make strawberry lemonades people love) and so strawberry lemonade being a failure i tried just lemonade which doesnt even taste like lemonade. Is it artificial flavoring too?

Food they once had good stuffed strawberries but that went down with less strawberries in it and now no stuffed strawberries but these french toaste with soar tasting strawberries. Should change the brand or if making it get fresh strawberries let it soak in sugar or even let go in a pan heated like making jam but dont let it go to the jam consistancy.

Biscuits and gravy just dont have a good taste. Theirs others things but i give up going to the beanbox when each time i go there and order alot i get disappointed.

Their breakfast are phenomenal! Dean (aka head huncho) is very kind and has the greatest customer service experience.

Otis BeanBox doesn't disappoint. They have friendly staff who make tasty drinks! I'm glad there's a place just outside of town to grab a little pick-me-up.
