Metro Bru

While on vacation in the Coos Bay area, and not wanting to get coffee from a national chain I came across this coffee shop. The staff is courteous and friendly. The ladies made the drinks like they were ordered. Whis was refreshing in itself. They were so good I visited every day we were in the area.

Good place, girls that work there are always fun to talk to.
Down side, needs some kickin music playing and they're always out of chocolate muffins.

Been a few years and I still go here regularly. Always nice to chat with them and they can definitely tell when I just need coffee and don't want to chit chat. Great staff and a special shout out to Makenna for always making a 20oz when I just want a 16oz.

I Love how I paid 6.75 for a bagel with cream cheese and I have to put the cream cheese on myself 😅. I did 80% of the labor. What a joke

I love a certain drink here but sometimes, if they are busy, they will lie and say they dont have ice cream. I know it's a lie because a friend has gone the same day but a different time when they told me they were out of ice cream and got the exact drink I wanted. Gone once every day for 3 days in a row with different people saying "we wont have ice cream until tomorrow" yet a coworker got the drink I wanted during that time.

Everyone who works at Metro Bru is so nice and helpful. Coffee has amazing flavor and is strong. They have where you can flavor red bulls. Tons of flavor options. Their Chai (spiced) was really good also.

Turn your freezers down. You shouldnt have to defrost ice cream.

Edit in respone to owners. Thats not my problem. I thought you were runninga business. You have an item on the menu which is unavailable more than it's available. I don't care what your excuses are. Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a habit. Placate someone else. I'll go elsewhere from now on

They make a very good coffee and I especially love their espresso shakes and the girls that work there are super nice

Went through the drive thru this morning. Was verbally disciplining my daughter after the girl took our order. I was in the passenger seat of our car and my daughter in the backseat. The employee had the audacity to come to her OPEN window and tell me to calm down or leave, saying she could hear me inside. Rather than close her window and mind her business, she lost this company a customer.

My FAVORITE drive- through coffee shop for about 2 years now. I'm addicted to the espresso milkshakes they make- ask anyone who knows me! And the staff there is the best! Can't say enough great things about this place. 👁❤☕

As I was driving up to get my coffee I noticed the lady Barista was outside smoking a cigarette, when she came to take my order she picked up the cup she was using for my coffee and she kept touching the rim of it and it grossed me out so much I just drove off. It had a sleeve on it so not sure why she kept touching the rim. Very gross. I won't go back.
