Dutch Bros Coffee

I ordered a large but got a medium..realized they charged me a medium, so I took it and went on my way. Wasn't a big deal till I realized the pumps and cream I ordered to go in were for a large coffee ...sooo it was too sweet to drink .. I love Dutch bros, just a small mistake ..

Sadly worst coffee I've ever gotten from Dutch Bros

This is my favorite Dutch Bros in the area and I know many people who work here. They always provide such friendly service and are never pushy. Even with construction going on and a long line I got in and out within 3 minutes and left having had a great conversation and great coffee.

Not only are the drinks delicious, but the service is great. I love that the broistas know us by name/vehicles and quite often will have our drink waiting for us when they see us pull up before taking our order (good for them we always order the same thing!). Before moving to Oregon, I had never heard of Dutch Bros. Now I have family across the country wanting to come back to visit again because they enjoyed their drinks so much. Not that they miss me or anything....haha.

P.s. go to the original in Grant's Pass some time to try the ice cream! I believe it's the only location that serves it and it's pretty tasty! And there's tons of shirts, stickers, hoodies, etc to pick up while you're there!

In my opinion this Dutch bros location is good. The workers are friendly and try their best to fit your needs as a coffee consumer. My family has personally been a consumer of Dutch Bros coffee for over 13 years. I give the Dutch Bros in Monmouth 4 stars because I have definitely been to a better one in Salem. They don't quite meet the service level and enthusiasm as other Dutch Bros locations so therefore I can't quite give them 5 stars.

Staff was very nice. Asked for recommendation for a drink and I made the right choice to let them do what they wanted. The location is a bit weird since the Carl's Jr went in right next door, but not a big problem.

Busy road side coffee stand. Quick and friendly service. I Made mistake on size of coffee, but young girl inside made me feel okay about not knowing the right size to order. And fixed it. Thank you. Great coffee

Dutch Brothers always exceeds my expectations. They chat with you and sincerely are interested about your day. This location has two drive-thrus to help make traffic and ordering go quick.

They have a menu online, but never hesitate to ask them about their coffee options. Also, they can custom build to order.
