Stopped here while going for a drive to the mountains! I guess they have new owners with locally owned and roasted coffee per the baristas! I got an americano, and an orange-cranberry scone that were delicious. The only complaint I have I I could NOT find the WiFi password. Thankfully, I sat at a table that had the guest password written down on a receipt from 2018.

Ugh! So disappointed. Would give zero stars. Ate there yesterday on the way over to Bend from Salem and what I'd remembered as a great stop quickly turned into a lackluster experience to say the least. Absolutely terrible service from an older waitress/manager. Albacore tuna sandwich had one small tablespoon of meat in the middle of two dry pieces of wheat bread. Chicken noodle soup was just a few carrots, noodles and broth. Half sandwich and cup of soup was $8.50, when I finished this pitiful meal, I was still hungry and I wasn't very hungry when I got ther to begin with. I ordered a burrito out of the deli case and told the sour faced waitress that the sandwich was not very good and she didnt say anything in return about the comment on the sandwich and instead just said "so you want a burrito?", in a rude tone. I should have just left then and there but I wouldnt be in Bend for another 2 hours and needed something to tide me over. My husband also had a Latte that was half full, the lady yelling out that the latte was finished. There was only 1 other couple in the restaurant and we were seated near the counter. Could it have killed her to walk the 8 steps to set it on our table?
I could not stop thinking about our experience and am still processing it. I just dont get how a person like this could be in this business. She just seemed like everyone and everything was an inconvenience to her. She rushed us, was rude and had a terrible look on her face. Poor Rosie's is in a bad way. Ive read the reviews and so many of them are about this waitress. She must be related to the owners or I cannot imagine why they wouldnt have fired her long ago. Bottom line, unless they get new owners or management, I wont be back.

Cute spot for amazing homemade scones!

Scones scones scones. The menu has a good variety of sandwiches. Great coffees. It's small but we always find a place to park and sit. And the bathrooms are very clean.

This morning, I had some of the worst service of my entire life. The dark haired woman behind the counter was not just rude, but hostile. We were the only people in line and she acted like we were a huge inconvenience. As we added items to our order, she kept saying, “Is that all?” in an increasingly angry manner. I am sorry that I brought my business here. I’ve heard that this business changed hands. We used to come here regularly, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope that this woman is not the owner or a permanent addition to the staff.

I'm 6 months pregnant, was with my 1.5 year old son when we pulled in to get a snack and change his diaper before heading over the pass. We stopped 4 min before they closed, open sign still on, and a worker comp.es out just as I finished unloading our stuff and says they're closed. I asked if we could use the bathroom real quick and all I got was "no, they're clean". Again, this was 4 min before they closed. I'm shocked at this service and a place where I had always stopped before, I will be sure to never visit again. Total disgrace to customer service.

Great place to stop for snacks and coffee.

Home town feel where you might meet someone who's been hitting up the spot every day for decades. Grandest cocoatastic mocha experience I & I had in a long time . . . Alert: high quality connoisseur chocolate contents! Excellent, delectible, cant wait to pass back through.

Well I might love this coffee shop I always stop there on my way to Bend but I really do hate wearing a mask . There are no tables inside and I miss people hanging out there. Gone are the smiles and small talk.

What a great place to sit down and grab a cup of Joe!
Flantastic staff, decent prices and a homey environment. Whether you are passing trough town to go to the mountains and need a drink to warm your soul before engaging in freezing activities or you are looking for a place to find solace and reminisce of life's joys and pains, this is the place for such an experience.
Bravo Rosie, you continue to quench the thirst of the traveler's soul.
