The Human Bean Medford, Biddle Rd.

This was the first Human Bean location I visited. It happened when I took a middle of the night, 5 hour spontaneous roadtrip North and ended up in Oregon.

What a great discovery, this simple yet cute coffee kiosk was and thank goodness there are locations in several different cities in Oregon and in the Northern parts of California, beyond the Bay Area. The customer service is always met with a smile and they add a little candy coated coffee bean to the top of each beverage. A signature mark! :)

Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place and this location or the one in Ashland, are on the agenda. It's cool that they try to give back and care about causes too!

Walked over from a nearby hotel for a morning caffeine rush. Delightful staff assisted with drink decisions and had helpful suggestions. Very conveniently located if you want to park and walk up or drive through located on the right side. All drinks ordered were made quickly and were delicious. An overall wonderful experience.

Just went by this location and Brooke was so kind! Gave excellent service, and my chai was perfect!

These folks are the best... especially since they dote on my pupperoni, Otter. Lol

I'm all done going here, the amount of times my drink is either wrong or bad is just to high for me. The drinks lately have also been like warm instead of hot and convenience is no longer a benefit anymore. If you want human bean I suggest the white city it's much better and I have never had any problems there.

People are not very nice and they do not know how to make a blended coffee. This is my third time getting a blended coffee there and they never blend it enough.

Yummm! Great coffee! Not overly sweet coffee like some of those other places (though I'm sure they'd add extra sweetener for the super sweet fans). The Human Bean has killer coffee! I got something the barista suggested and it was delicious!! Also they top it off with a white and milk chocolate covered coffee bean for an extra yummy kick. Service is great, prices are about the same as the other chains that have coffee that's not as good. Coffee aficionados, get your cup here!

I have loved Human Bean, up until today. I ordered a French Vanilla Latte over ice. I always tip them a $1 and they always give my Rotties a treat. Imagine my surprise when I got halfway home and saw a frozen dead fly in the bottom of my cup. I could not turn around and go back, as I live in Gold Hill. Not happy at all.

I come here everyday except when not open for my coffee great staff best coffee!

Second time I got a cup full of coffee machine cleaner in my cup. It will also be the second time bobody cares about ot so back to Dutch bros. Theor coffee isnt the best but I never got a cup of cleaner tasting of tsp.
