Dolly Varden's Cafe

Really nice classic Cafe with diner style food. Need to try more but the biscuits and gravy were excellent and the service was warm ftiendly and attentive.

Got a To-Go order this morning, and it was great. Ready pretty quickly and good quality ingredients and cooked well.

I'll definitely be back

Yummy diner food! Feels like a blast from the past in there with counter seating and super friendly waitresses. Hit the spot after a night of camping to have bottomless coffee and biscuits and gravy.

Dolly Varden resturant is a small town cafe serving american food. I've been going there since 2003 and continue to go because the food is always consistent. For 9 dollars, I get eggs, hash browns, pancakes, 4 strips of bacon and coffee. The service is excellent and I always feel welcome. Jean welcomes most of the patrons and is a great conversationalist.

My favorite lunch is the club sandwich with coleslaw (I keep trying to get the coleslaw recipe but Jean won't hand it out, the coleslaw has a citrus and ginger flavor that keeps me coming back for more.

Amount of food to cost is phenomenal and I'm spoiled and always disappointed when I go anywhere else in Medford for breakfast.

If you like simple home cooked meals in a family atmosphere with a modest cost this is the place. I wish they were open later than 2 pm.

Very friendly service. All the customers were old people, which means the food is at least quite good. And that is definitely true.
