Black Rock Coffee Bar

I finally had my first Black Rock coffee at the Medford Armory during the Festival of Trees last December. I really really enjoyed it, AND it didn't taste BURNT like EVERY coffee I got at Dutch Bros.

Fantastic service with a smile every time i go there. Ive tried a variety of drinks and have never been disappointed.

Might just be me, but the pinpoint on the map is totally in the wrong place.

I think this is the only drinkable espresso in town. All the other coffee shops roast to the Viennese level which is far too dark to retain the origin flavor of the beans.

The service is quick and very pleasant. They have never screwed up one of my orders. I cannot say that for other places.

Just went to the new Medford location at 7:35 p.m. I figured my family and I would try it for the first time.... WELL... I asked for a drip coffee, with a shot of hazelnut in it. The girl behind the counter said that they stopped serving coffee a half hour ago. I thought she was kidding with me, but NO SHE WASNT... apparently Black Rock "COFFEE" bar is just a deceptive title.... I laughed hysterically and went to Human Bean instead.....the funniest thing is, my 12 year old son, and his 11 year old friend were both pissed as well, and they weren't even the ones wanting coffee in the first place.... All in all, it was the first and last time we ever go to Black Rock Bar (the word "COFFEE" was cleverly omitted there)...lol

Super strong Americano, very tasty. But, their hot chocolate is just chocolate milk, heated up 😕

Loved this place! They can make almost anything on the menu sugar-free! Just ask. Very nice customer service.

Baristas did a fantisc job with our large group order. They were fast and efficient and got all (about 10) drinks right :)

Like the service, good coffee and people are friendly. Only negative is the flow of the drive up lanes, very awkward. Need a redesign of the traffic flow.

They have awesome coffee here. Very nice staff there.
