Gold Rush Coffee Co

Today was my first and last visit to this coffee company. I ordered an iced green tea and the cup was 3/4 full of ice; 1/4 full of tea. We drove back to ask for a refill or some sort of compensation and were told that the cups are filled 1/2 full of ice and 1/2 full of drink and we couldn't have a refill or refund. We were told this while showing her the cup and the amount of ice. We also took a picture. So long Gold Rush! There's plenty of competition in this town with better customer service!

Super nice staff, quick turn around, solid coffee (I just got black coffee with an extra shot). Their menu and variety is impressive though for those who like variety

Asked for an extra hot mocha. Received a cold mocha in a regular coffee cup. Also when I asked for a recommendation, the barista couldn't give me one because she "only just started working here".

They have cookie butter, tastes amazing!

I love this coffee shop, I swear they have the best blender in town! I had a complaint and it was fixed very quickly! Great job guys!

I go here a lot and like the place, but how hard would it be to not manhandle my straw every time I order a drink. Very unhygienic how they touch your bare straw with bare hands each time they hand a drink.

Pulled up, pleasantly surprised by big welcoming smiles by the two pleasantly present baristas. Americano perfectly made and a happy customer obtained. Thanks for warm service y'all.

Love to get my drinks from here everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed.
