Wow!! This place is great! Coffee is made with care not speed! 2 different kinds of Chai, coffee has generous amounts of flavoring added and the flavor of the coffee itself is delicious. The iced coffee…THEY USE FROZEN COFFEE FOR THE ICE CUBES! I was mind-blown. I finished my iced coffee and I kept sipping it thinking wow it still tastes like coffee! Then I noticed the cubes were brown. It was frozen coffee. Above and beyond! As a side note, they are openly welcoming to everyone which I’m not one who usually cares but I think is a plus!

There are really 2 pure "coffee" shops in Manzanita and News & Espresso by far has better coffee (opinion), but 70% of your business is personality/hospitality in a tourist location and those who are naturally social win majority of business (proven). Here, you never know what you're going to get-Yo-yo personality. If you know you have a personality that isn't socially consistent then the best thing to do is hire someone who does have a steady personality. They'll pay for themselves.

First off, the outside of the shop is beautiful. It has outdoor seating Oregon style with a running fountain and bird feeder. That being said, it is also the only coffee shop in town open before 8 am! The staff are super welcoming and the overall vibe of the shop is completely inclusive. The coffee was wonderful, overall a great experience to have first thing in the morning. I want to add that when we did a walk about later in the afternoon, this shop was so busy we couldn’t even get in to look around whereas the shop down the road was completely empty. Kinda says it all, right?😉

This place is not friendly and they don’t keep their political opinions to themselves. Instead of just serving coffee and having good customer service, they look for excuses to harass people for wearing clothing that indicates a view that may be different than their own. So much for the left being tolerant. This place also doesn’t realize that the covid mandates were lifted already so they give people a hard time about not following covid precautions and won’t let you drink your coffee inside. Never going back to support this place. There is such a thing as just serving coffee and giving good customer service to ALL your customers.

Cute coffee shop. Good service. They have a few specialty coffee type drinks. There is also a selection of magazines, handmade coffee mugs, and historic photos for sale.

My favorite coffee shop on the Oregon Coast. Sometimes the line can be a little slow-ish/long-ish, but food, beverage, and service is all great. And… bonus to find a place with a good selection of magazines. I wish there were more places like this where I live, rather than boring national corporate chain coffee shops.

Good coffee, tasty sweets, friendly service. Interesting magazines and knick knacks to browse and buy. Seems even more laid back than Manzanita itself. Outdoor sitting area hidden from the street by Salal.

Good coffee in a comfortable atmosphere.

Great stop for coffee, pastries and bagels! Also they have an eclectic assortment of things to buy if you’re looking for a unique gift to take home.
