My review comes from the rude and poor service my husband and I received . I did not appreciate the rude attitude/ behavior our barista gave us. I’m saddened because this put a sour taste in our mouth as we were leaving such a beautiful city . What a shame , lesson learned . Will not be coming back to this establishment.

Expensive, small, go to a real place if you want food.

We were camping with some friends and wanted to grab some coffee. My husband has a service dog and the OWNER was extremely rude and said that service dogs were not allowed in her cafe. This is AGAINST federal law and she had no idea what she was talking about. She made some rude comments and could have been a bit nicer even though she was wrong. She has been the only person that has ever had an issue with the service dog and she could be sued if she continues to follow by this.

Amazing coffee! Some of the best I've had on the coast. The staff seems a bit annoyed to have you there though. Needs a customer service training from owner down.

Great place to work during the day. Staff very friendly, nice environment (chill music). Food is basic but good and the coffee is great!

First time going today. The lady at the window was rude. She argued with me about what I wanted and pushed me to order what SHE wanted. The Mexi mocha was... okay, but all in all. I may or may not come back.

Great place to get work done. Staff knows locals by first name and learns your name on the first visit. Coffee is good and menu has great options. Enjoyed my time!

The thing I like most about Pacific grind is that they really make an effort to remember each customer's name. When I stand in line you can overhear them talking about the orders and majority of the time they refer to the customer by name. If they don't know the customers name or is a new customer they find out their name by asking them questions. The only thing I wish that would be different is that they would be open on Saturday and Sunday

Great coffee and sammies! We loved it so much, this became our default breakfast place during our entire stay!
