Ocean Freeze Yogurt

Ordered 3 bubble tea blended. None of the drinks were made correctly. They took more than 25 minutes to complete our order. So disappointed. We did not want to come back and wait for another 20-25 minutes...

Terrible customer service. Girl was on the phone in the back then acted angry that we came in. She was very rude and clearly did not want us there. Good product but hire better people. This happened 5/12

I usually don't feel bad giving less than four stars for any place I review, but I do feel some remorse for giving this place an average rating.

I want to start off by saying that the service was excellent. The store was clean and nice. The person who served us behind the counter was kind and wanted to make sure they got our order correct. In addition, they were pretty quick about getting it to us, adding a lot of mix-ins to our drinks.

Sadly, the taro bubble tea was lacking in any sort of flavor. Basically, all I could taste were the lychee jellies and tapioca pearls. They also have a pretty small selection of frozen yogurt to choose from.

I think it's a fine place to stop by if you're craving something sweet, but I would suggest to stick to the froyo rather than grab a drink.

Response to the owner: Thank you for such a kind response! I do think that some sort of inconsistency could have happened with my order. I would love to give this place another chance when I go back to the beach.

Makayla was great on my visit, I didn't really know what to get but she helped me find something that was really good.

Nice young lady behind the counter, nice and clean with very reasonable prices, clean place. The young lady made a very nice vanilla coffee for me as well.

Great little shop. Great selection of toppings and flavors, and tons of drink options that are all enjoyable. Great little rest stop for your mall explorations.

I have tried this place twice now and can confirm that I will not be trying their drinks anymore. Their yogurt is alright. The milk tea tasted like somebody poured a whole bottle of syrup into it, very sugary! The taro smoothie was good. The boba however is hard and chewy.

The young man that worked here was a delight! His customer service was phenomenal. He was helpful and quick. The options were good and the place looked nice. Will visit again.

I don’t know why this place has good ratings because I literally have never had such bad fro yo. My friend and I got our yogurt and immediately threw it away as we walked out. We ended up going to to the snack shack in the same outlet and got ice cream. Their fro yo tastes like powder and very artificial.
