Wow. I am from the south and had the Nelscott special. Brought me back home, was so good. Girlfriend had the almond French toast. Wow! A must for anyone driving 101 through Lincoln

Loved everything about our experience at nelscott breakfast house. Fist time in & definitely won't be our last. Food was just like good home cooking & staff was so nice.

Awesome food, unique and super fresh.
Wasn't sure just what "Poppers" meant on menu, because to me poppers were cheese bound jalapeños deep-fried. Had the most wonderful surprise when I ordered them, betting they would be great whatever they were made of, as all past meals were that I had before were awesome.
Would have given them a 5 star except for them being cash only which can be problematic for those who only carry plastic.

Amazing little breakfast place! First real beignets we've had since NOLA... Fast, clean, fresh, and delicious food.

Had a very bad experience coming right in the door there was a guy in front of the door with a DEAD RACOON right as your walking in the door he was blocking the doorway showing everyone his DEAD RACOON that was all bloody getting it everywhere right at the door of the restaurant the told the people inside and she did nothing, she said he is harmless. We sat down and they gave us DIRTY WATER and FOOD ON THE FORKS. With the time of COVID we are not playing Russian roulette with our lives. We will not be back to this Dead RACOON establishment. We ended up leaving after they gave us dirty forks and bad water.

The food was absolutely amazing. The service was great. We barely waited 10 minutes and it was super busy. Overall amazing place.

Had to wait half an hour to get seated. It was worth it. The breakfast was delicious. Their burritos are huge and my eggs Benedict was yummy too.

The service was good but the food was lackluster. The chorizo omelette needed seasoning and had very little chorizo for the price; and the Nelscott breakfast (2 eggs, ham, biscuit) was fine if basic and under seasoned. It’s a shame it wasn’t better, it just feels like it needs a loving hard to jazz things up and add some personality. The biggest thing keeping it from being 4+ stars was the music in the dining room. While we were there, the stereo was playing born-again Christian pop rock at a fairly loud volume. Normally these things don’t bother me but it was distracting to say the least and made conversation difficult.

Friendly staff, small cute cafe setting, food did not disappoint. DELICIOUS! Husband had house special, I had Popeye omelet, 1 child had kids meal, the other had a small order of pancakes. All very good. Background music was pleasant. Fair prices, around $10 per person average.
