Outstanding! The best coffee and coffeehouse in town! All of the ladies at High Desert are the best! Even more impressive is that they remember your usual orders from the first time you order! That's impressive!

We were passing by on a road trip when we spotted the cutest drive through coffee shop! We ordered 2 lattes & a hot chocolate- They were absolutely delicious! Way better than Starbucks & half the price! The blond barista was insanely beautiful and super smiley. They were playing country music & the vibe was as wonderful as the drinks! 5☆

I have always received excellent service here! Best coffee in Lakeview. I get the cold brew with vanilla cream on top and it’s always consistently delicious. I was shocked to read some of the reviews as I have always had positive experiences with the owner and the baristas. I won’t get coffee anywhere else in Lakeview!

She made mine as well. Her beauty went amazingly well with the winter wonderland conditions going on.

While I know the owner and greatly respect and love the business (it's the best coffee in Lakeview, bar none), the service from some of the baristas leaves a lot to be desired. I'm told it's being dealt with.
If you want great coffee and you're passing through, just be ready and willing to have a little patience. Some of the young folk these days still have to learn what good and polite customer service is.

I got a chai latte and my mom got a snickers mocha and oh my godness, it's so good. They're nice, quick and the coffee is amazing. Definitely stop by!

To my understanding the owner is not around much and is part of the Lakeview ranching community. The more experienced, darker haired barista working this morning has given us consistently poor service and has had an extremely bad attitude on multiple occasions. I managed a coffee shop and have had almost a decade of barista experience myself and would never treat customers the way we have been treated here with such dismissive impatience.
If you have a big order (more than 3 drinks) don’t be so cocky that you think you can remember everything without writing it down and then getting upset because you messed something up and had to remake it. Also, who snaps their fingers and skips a customer who isn’t familiar with the menu and then tells them to hurry up and decide what they want because there’s a line forming?!
My only conclusion is this place is poorly run by an absentee owner and if I were in charge I would instantly fire the barista who has horrible customer service. Save your money and don’t go here if you are looking for a quality coffee experience.
