Coffee order was so wrong. How can the server possibly misunderstand what a vanilla latte is?

I love their Rockstars! They always make mine perfect! My only issue is that when it's not busy and I'm waiting to order behind someone, the batista talks/flirts with that person for 5 to 10 minutes while they keep looking back at me and they just don't care that I'm there. I understand being friendly and having a convo with someone but it's kinda cruddy to make someone wait for that long because some of us are busy and just trying to get a drink before we gotta be somewhere. But 4 stars because I love their drinks 🥰

There was a long line and in the rain one of the girls came out took my order when I pulled up it was waiting for me these folks have great customer service

The Girls are always Friendly, Fast and have a nice selection of cold and hot Drinks.
