Great place to get breakfast. Amazing food, just be prepared for lemon cream on everything. But it's really good and sweet. Overall a good place with great staff.

I am from Florida and work in the General Aviation industry. A customer of ours, from Oregon, flew their Falcon 50 jet into Sheltair in Pompano Beach, FL yesterday. With them, they brought a massive box of Green Blades pastries and gave them to me after arrival. Five hour flight for that box of pastries and I have to say, THEY ARE AMAZING! If I am ever in Klamath Falls, I will certainly be visiting this bakery.

Best baked goods in Klamath Falls. Love their scones and croissants. Could benefit from an even larger patio space, perhaps with some shades, as the indoor space is nothing impressive.

Whether you are at Green Blade for a great pasty in the morning, for a calzone at lunch,grabbing your multigrain bread for dinner or your favorite from the many daily specials, Sandy is there to welcome you with her great smile. Besides Sandy, all the rest of the staff is welcoming and nice.

This place is the best bakery a neighborhood could ask for :)

I love this place!!!!!❤ Great coffie, pasteries, muffins,biscuts,sticky buns,cinnamon rolls, sandwiches and bread. They make several kinds of bread and rolls. All of it is SO GOOD!!!!!!❤ People who work there are AWESOME!!!!👍😃

Kinda unhappy with green blade this visit. The pastries I got this time were hard and dry. They are never this hard and dry. I just tossed $25 in the garbage and went,to thunderbird. So guys, it was disappointing. 😢

Always top notch service! We went in yesterday while they were making crutons, the smell was heavenly! Could have basked in the aroma all day!

The scones were spectacular. They made a wonderful coffee drink for me. And the service was stellar. 10/10 would eat again.
