I visit this stand almost everyday. It is the highlight of my morning! The people are so friendly, efficient and put a smile on my face. Love Madison DB!!

I’m from california so I’m pretty knew to Dutch Bro. They have so many choices I haven’t really figured out what I like yet or what or how to order. But so far they seem pretty good.

I thoroughly enjoy going to DB. The lines can be long, but the drinks are flippin amazing.

Worst service I've ever received, took 20 minutes to get one drink, never going back

The last 3 times I have ordered from this location I was given the wrong drink. It is my fault for not checking before I leave the drive-thru but it is really disappointing to get to work, only to have to throw away a $5-7 drink because it's flavored with some kind of syrup. I always order the same thing, iced oat milk latte. I am hypoglycemic and cannot have drinks with syrup. I went this morning, I was literally the only one in the drive-thru on both sides. I know the staff weren't really paying attention because I had to repeat my order 4 times, but even then I do not understand how my order can be messed up not once, but three times now. From now on I'll be testing the drink before I leave (despite it being borderline dangerous now) but really I shouldn't have to.

Update on 7/26/2022 (The next day):
So I went back there this morning and guess what? They got my order wrong, again. Small oat milk latte. I do not understand why that is so difficult! I am just going to keep adding until they get an order right. At some point ya'll got to be a little embarrassed of yourselves. It's coffee. The person who made my drink this morning didn't even bother to redo it (like I would have wanted) instead they told me they would refund the difference back on to my card. I don't have high hopes that is actually going to happen since literally pouring milk confuses these people. But we'll see.

Update on 7/28/2022:
My order was never refunded back onto my account. Why am I NOT surprised?! Should anyone ever need to use my testimony to show there is a pattern of irresponsible and dangerous employees at that location, and no corrective action was ever taken after complaint after complaint, please feel free to reply below.

Best coffee shop ever. Staff is always upbeat & friendly. Drinks are on point. They strive to satisfy. It's very rare my drink gets messed up, but they are good at fixing mistakes. Love me some Dutch Bros!

Love my Dutch Bros, glad there are new ones popping up all over. Went to central coastal California for my mom's memorial and less than 10 minutes away was a place to get my favorite coffee!
