Trillium Café

The burgers are amazing. Just really good beef cooked just right. The tator tots are also very good. Most tator tots are good but these were above average. The fries were good but I'd pick the tots over them. Ranch dressing was good but the balsamic vinaigrette was very good. Hamburger buns were just ok so you might want to substitute for the ciabatta roll.

This place was great. Funny and sociable servers and great food. I highly recommend the meatloaf sandwich which literally melts in your mouth. The only bad thing was that the place seemed understaffed and it took a long time to order/get our checks.

We frequent this cafe at least 3 times a month, always great food and service, Nate was great today, very friendly and helpful.

Bald bartender with a long beard who was working the night of June 20, was RUDE!!!! Our party of people were ready to spend some time there for drinks and food, after his rude comments, we left. Saying we were mocking him which we were NOT doing. We were having a few drinks, trying to have a good time. We are from out of town. When we come back to Hood River, we will not go there again. That rude ass could have made a ton of money. Nope. He also made later comments to 2 people in my group, saying how they were cool, but 2 old hags were his problem or something like that. Who the hell does that?!?! We had 9 people in our party.... I refused to leave a tip after his rant about us mocking him. You could have made some money dude! Your loss. Hope your manager sees this.

The food is wonderful, especially the meatloaf, and the Mac and cheese. They have cold Rainer on tap and the atmosphere is friendly and funky.

I mean the burgers are good because they are the only burger joint around but they are Meh at best. Atmosphere is always loud and the restrooms could use an upgrade. Great drunk prices though.

Terrible bar tender! Seriously treated us like outsiders w/o so much as a thank you or your welcome or any attempt to be polite or courteous. The folks at our bnb later stated this was the ONLY spot they recommended staying away from. Now we know why... thanks for nothing. 1 star for being open late & 1 star to the cook for being present.

Prompt service, mellow atmosphere, and the food is insane!! Uranium burger has whole roasted garlic, and blue cheese. Best burger I've had in a long time. I'll be spending my money here a lot!

Trillium has really good food. One of the best burgers in town, excellent fish and chips, really good hummus plate, chicken fettuccini alfredo....and sometimes they have this meatloaf tower thing w/mashed potatoes and fried onions with gravy that is....amazing. At night this place also turns into one of the most lively bars in the area.

The friend green beans were delicious! We split the fish and chips, a salad, and beer.
Great staff, too.
