The coffee is so great and I look forward to it every morning. Unicorn & Rainbows smells amazing! The owner is really passionate and knows what he’s doing. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Over the course of the last year, I have taken it upon myself to try as many of the local roasters Portland has to offer that I can.
I came across Blind and Tim because of a connection with the Timbers and although, from time to time, I like to try different coffees and support other roasters, Blind is by far my favorite.
I'm currently drinking Nic of Time on recommendation from Tim and it is FANTASTIC.
PLEASE, if you like coffee, go find them at a farmer's market and tell them what you like... They will give you a great suggestion and excellent deal.

Have I also mentioned the prices beat most roasters in the city?

Run don't walk... And try the Columbia Sano, but not all of it because I'm out and need to order more.

I will be sending Blind Coffee to all of my coffee-drinking friends across the country for the holidays.
