The person who took our order at our car was extremely nice I asked for no ice on my drink and on top of that I gaved a tip. When I pulled up to the window to receive my drinks they added ice to my drink, I politely asked if they could fix it but the barista gaved me an addituie about it and with a sassy tone of voice told me to specified next time and that I had to pay extra for it. I never experienced this much of a horrible customer service before and I never had to pay extra for no ice at any other coffee shops. This is absurd!!!!! And the customer service with that barista was unprofessional. I don't recommend coming here!!!! 9:30 am 04/09/23

I seriously love this location so much! They make my drink perfect everytime. I love the staff! Especially Hannah. They genuinely care for their customers and are good people. I sent my friend to grab me a drink and they knew it was for me and wrote on my drink. It doesn't get better than that! They also uplifted me on one of the hardest days I've been through.

I tried this place because I forgot to get coffee at my regular shop in north plains, over double the price, 4.15 for a 16 oz black drip coffee is the highest I've ever seen, I pay 2.00 for the same thing at the other shop, and 2.25 for a 24 oz. Lesson learned.

Best location ever Josh is amazing. By far best customer service ever!! So fast great flavors customer service And super clean!!!

I love this coffee shop. My favorite I would say are the scones. Yummy blueberries or lemon 🍋.

This is a great location and haven't had a bad experience here yet. Employees are always kind and doing their best to get the drink to you as soon as they can and it always tastes good. I highly recommend the Candy Cane Cold Brew. Great job! 👍

Just had some coffee. Which was good. I do wish coffee shops offered more healthier options to put in coffee.

Our local Black Rock Coffee is always great. The service and coffee is amazing.

Literally the best Chai Tea Latte I’ve ever had 😍. It certainly helps that the little red headed girl is always so friendly and welcoming. She really knows her way around some yummy coffee.
