The service is always quick and the Baristas are always super friendly. I took off one star because my coffee tastes burnt more often than not, but that seems to be getting better because I haven't had an issues my last 2 trips.

Hands down best caffeine addicts dream come true. I've been going there since the first day the first location opened. They created a drink for myself and my now ex husband that can be ordered with in a several mile radius. Great staff and owner!

Great location but sadly I don't go here much anymore after they switched from using Rockstar energy drink to their own in-house brand. It's disgusting unfortunately. Still stop by when I'm in the mood for coffee, which is delicious...try the Caramel Blondie breve-style!

The service, consistency, and courtesy at this location is by far the best we have known from any Coffee spot, let alone BlackRock, the Wonderful ladies at this location are beyond Coffee RockStars! Even on the hottest days with lines of cars waiting for the dark nectar of the gods, we were always met with smiles, proficiency, and consistency, with Positivity and Energy to match, we have come to love every experience at this location as well as every Coffee, thank you from very grateful BlackRock customers, you guys are Amazing!

It's Black Rock - it's amazing. But it's a drive through. There are a couple tables outside and you can walk up and order when there's no cars waiting, but its near noisy McLoughlin boulevard and chilly unless it's summer. But it's Black Rock. Best chain coffee around Portland.
