Fantastic atmosphere! Rustic and relaxing. Good and fast service even when the place is packed. The view is nice and unique since it has a dock that is right next to the river. I got the zinger which was pretty good. No complaints there. I enjoy most coffees but this had some good flavor while still tasting like coffee.

Nice place with cute gift shop with lots to choose from. Coffees were good and we bought two bowls here.

This is my go to coffee place when I am visiting Florence. The coffee is good. The staff are very friendly. It is right on the river at the bridge in old town. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Very beautiful location. This place is much better than Starbucks! Today I got an iced vanilla latte. I usually get a hot vanilla latte.

Nice atmosphere, very eclectic in its own way. The staff are friendly and professional, and the food and drinks are delightful. Definitely a great place to stop by for coffee and more.

I always come here when I come to Florence. I noticed they took down all the fun signs and kitchen stuff and put in a lot of cute but spendy items as decor. I also didn't see any coffee beans for sale anymore. The staff was friendly enough but not as engaging as I was used to. I didn't eat here this time but the coffee as usual was fantastic and it was still nice enough to take advantage of the river view patio deck. I miss the fun decor and I hour they have coffee for sale next time. I will be back again to check!

So nice to sit outside on the river with a view of the bridge. The raspberry bar was delicious & the people friendly! :)

Really nice little place right on the river, enjoyed sitting outside and checking out the gift shop. The cappuccino and soy cappuccino we had weren't enjoyable, but I feel like that may just be the way they make them - dry and fluffy, traditional style. To some people's taste, just not ours. Would go back but would choose a black coffee.

The coffee has gone down hill this last year. I used to love this place.

I like my coffee fresh and strong and this place delivers! Ample seating inside and out. Parking can be tricky. Great low prices and a wall of gifts to browse through admist their own store merch. A must visit any time I find myself in this town.
