Cozy seats, friendly staff, decent music at an appropriate volume. Coffee is good and bakery items delicious.

Love this place. Great staff, very unique decor, and awesome bagels and cappuccinos. Come enjoy a quick bite.

Nice spot to get out of the 100 degree heat. They close at 1pm, this, which was a bummer.

I was walking my dog past Theo's Coffee and noticed that they have a window that you can order from the sidewalk, which was really convenient because I couldn't bring my dog inside. One cup of coffee later, and my morning could start for real.
