Listen, I love to support local businesses, especially coffee spots, which I why I've become a consistent regular here over the past year. However, I just experienced the worst service I've ever received. For context, I have been a barista at a drive through coffee chain for about 2 years now and I can't tell you the number of times I've had to remake a drink (even if it's what was ordered). That was not the case today since I am confident in always asking for alternative milk, as I am severely allergic to dairy. So when my friend and I went back to ask for remakes, we were met with hostility and confrontational behavior. It was actually shocking.

My friend got water and milk instead of an iced coffee with cream and I got a regular dairy latte instead of an oat milk vanilla latte. Our orders were never repeated back to us, and nothing was written on our drinks indicating the correct order. I completely understand the difficulties of customer service, but to be told I would have to pay for a drink that was made incorrectly in an accusatory manner, I was genuinely shocked. I know how to navigate a remake from the other side, as I am sure to be gentle and non-confrontational, but the response was appalling.

There have been numerous times my drink was off, but I never go back due to time and pure anxiety. To think of it, I've never been asked my name and rarely asked about my day, even though I have been going to this shop once or twice a week for over a year now. This was the worst experience my friend and I have EVER had and I am so sad that I can longer get coffee here.

These girls always know what I need. They're on it and the coffee's amazing. I love the flavors that they have too each season. I also love it whenever I see a place that has hemp milk!

I don’t leave reviews for places but Quick Fix is my favorite local coffee spot. The staff are always friendly, the coffee is 10/10, great prices, and as advertised “quick”

My first visit to this friendly coffee drive-thru and I will be making this my regular stop from now on. They are friendly, fast and it's still under $5.00 for a 16 oz extra hot mocha. My mocha was just as ordered, extra hot and not too sweet.

I actually can’t pass here without stopping for coffee! It’s so good! Better than all competitors and get a GF snack on the go.

I’ve been coming here since the starbucks workers near my house went on strike, and now Quick fix is definitely my new go to. A bit more expensive but worth it to a support locally owned business. Also they have many sugar free flavors which can be hard to come by.

UPDATE (12/12/2022): The employees are still wonderful but I wonder if the owner wants to fail. Closing at 4, right before one of their busiest hours. On multiple occasions I have attempted to purchase coffee only to be reminded of this stupid decision. One of the cornerstones of business is to provide a consistent and reliable product, in this you are failing by monkeying around with your hours.

ORIGINAL: The folks that work here are friendly and consistent. They know their regulars and often have started my drink before I'm to the window. I stop by about once or twice a week. Better coffee out than anyplace else in town, honestly. Stop by on a sunny day and enjoy the outside patio.

Kinda thankful Starbucks is on strike because it made me move a little further down the road. I like that it's local. Support local! And it was quick service without fake, loud, in your face conversation. (Which is why I often went through Starbucks to avoid that-Just want my coffee please!)

And 😋 YUMMY! I had an ELDERFLOWER WHITE MOCHA!!! Whaaaat?! That's a thing?! YES. AND IT'S DELICIOUS

Just wonderful. Our barista was delightfully friendly, professional, and the blended coffees we got were perfect and delicious.
10/10 had a great experience.

These ladies always made me a great hot chocolate with smiles early in the morning.
