Clean quaint bakery. Great coffee. Killer pastries. Even better people watching.

Love this place...best coffee and staff remembering you.

They roast their own coffee beans and they, by far, have the best coffee anywhere. The servers are friendly and efficient.

Amazing service, drinks, and pastries. I've been coming here forever... Literally.

I tried Palace Bakery, next to Full City Coffee. When I've had their bakery items in the past they were dry but decent. They sported quite a line but I figured hey- bakery, sandwich- WIN!!

It sucked SO bad.

They didn't have a sandwich menu, just some pre-made selections. The price tag was hiding but I didn't figure it could be more than a couple of bucks. I chose a roast beef sandwich, for which I was charged five bucks, and took it back to the office.

The bread was the consistency of Wonderbread, soggy, and BLOODY. What the hell? This is not what I was expecting from a bakery sammich! The meat itself (I thought maybe I could pick it apart) was medium-rare, which is fine, but slimy. I checked the date. The sandwich had 2 days left before it "expired." How many days had it been sitting in that case?

The measure of a restaurant is the food it enthusiastically serves its patrons. Whether I am ever to return or recommend its food depends on each and every bit I PURCHASE every time I visit. Based on that sammich alone, whether they were having an "off" day or not, I am EXTREMELY unlikely to return.

The girls behind the counter were fun, friendly, and like a choreographed ballet. Awesome coffee and bagels.

One of my favorite coffee/pastry places in Eugene. I particularly like the savory pastries, like the cheese twists and parmesan mushroom roll.

Linda Cloud

This has always been my favorite coffee house ever!!! They know how to make a latte with froting that last to the very last drop.

I'm so glad this coffee shop is still alive & kicking! Visiting brings back alot of Eugene memories. The Borgias were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

Good pastry (chocolate chip scone) and decent coffee, but no wifi, so don't make the same mistake as me asking for the wifi password AFTER having already paid for your food. :( Thank heaven for hotspots I guess?
