A neat atmosphere but really not a modern espresso house. Got a cappuccino to go and got an over steamed over extracted messy macchiato like thing.

Cool modern ambiance. Brightly lit by natural light. Matcha latte was on point. Prices are slightly higher but expected for these type of coffeeshop. Came here on a weekday around 10am and the place was full, moderately of high volume for this and having conversations may be a bit distracting. It's right next to apartments complex and near campus so expect to see a good crowd of students. Good to have another coffee shop option around.

Love the vibes of this place. It feels so warm and homey. A great place to chill with friends on a cold winter day. Will definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic shop. Properly extracted espresso, fantastic service (Jake provided me excellent service), and a wonderful atmosphere. The whole crew was friendly and worked extremely well together, getting everyone their orders in a timely manner, and hand delivering every order to people's tables. Great job guys!

This place is amazing. Coffee is so good and avocado sandwich is great too. Thx!

It's real simple, THE best coffee in Eugene, hands down. The coffee here is so off the chain because the owners, Thomas and Alex love coffee. This isn't their get rich quick scheme, they make coffee because they love coffee. And that means they know rather well, what good espresso should taste like. And let me tell you, it isn't starsucks. I swear I could live on Meraki flat whites and avocado toast for the rest of my life (will that provide all the essentials? Idc, I'm gonna do it) The only thing I would change about Meraki would for there to be more of them. Location expansion is apparently on the schedule and let me tell you, I can not wait.

The coffee is good. But. Me and my gf go order coffee, sit down to wait, and a few minutes later we’re sitting there and I see the girl with the coffees - our coffees - and she walks all around looking for us (fyi it’s a standard service for them to bring out the coffees). Except, she makes eye contact with me twice, then simply walks back and puts the coffees back on the counter. I can’t tell you exactly why, but something about it rubbed my the wrong way. Big time. Like unreasonably… which tells me that instinctively she had some bias against us that affected the service. Is it because I only tipped 20%? I’ll never know. I won’t be back. Which is a shame. Because the coffee is good.

Took 30 minutes to get 2 lattes, while the FOUR staff members goofed off with each other. When asked for a status update they were exceptionally rude. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience to the baristas. Definitely won’t be returning here.

I go here 2-3 times a week and it’s always fantastic. Lox toast is A+, coffee is excellent.

I’ve fallen in love with this place’s coffee, but it’s hard to ignore when there are baristas behind the counter who are drinking and eating. There are very clear guidelines against drinking from an open container where food and drink are being made. Please re-up on food safety so you don’t put your clients at risk.
Edit:
The coffee has only gotten worse and worse the more I come back. My first Mexican mocha here was heaven on earth—but when I went in today it was just off. I asked for more spices because it tasted like a regular mocha and was told their “Mexican” mocha is just a mocha with cinnamon. That isn’t a Mexican mocha at all—it’s a Cinnamon mocha. When I asked if I could request nutmeg and cayenne I was told that was “too much work”. I’ll most likely find another place to get my coffee since the baristas at Meraki can’t be bothered.
