Overpriced, pretentious coffee with a grungy atmosphere.

Went to grab a quick coffee and ended up waiting 15 min for a $7 small mocha. The staff weren’t friendly and had a very entitled attitude. What’s there to like about this place? Absolutely nothing. Eugene needs a good coffee shop and this isn’t it.

I stopped by this establishment while on errands for a quick bite and a some tea, the atmosphere was nice and calm and the staff was cordial. The food however was entirely bland as if someone had sapped any flavor from the breakfast burrito and left brightly colored egg substance and something that was probably potato.

I hoped then that my tea would be better, I ordered white tea and trusted they knew how to handle it, I was wrong. The water burned the tea, as you may not know white tea cannot be brewed with very hot water, it must be warm water.

I hope they solve these issues.

Best coffee in town! Farmers Unions is an awesome cafe and roaster - amazing brews, espresso drinks, and small treats. Their beans are always super fresh with great variety of single origins. The people working there are super friendly and helpful. Cool atmosphere for working that isn't too loud (it can get tough to find a seat on weekends, but if you find one it's a solid working environment). They're my go-to place for coffee in Eugene and I can't sing enough praises. Please bring that bourbon sweet potato capp fall special back year round, one of the best coffee drinks I've had!

I’ve visited Farmers about 10 times now, wanted to make sure I tried it a good amount of times before reviewing!

I really enjoy the atmosphere and the staff, and when the coffee is good it’s really good! I also appreciate the fact that they have pastries that are accommodating to those of us with allergies :)

I gave it 4 stars because their coffee can be really hit or miss, a lack of consistency, which can make paying $5 for a latte a risk. I also am giving 4 stars due to a personal experience, I ordered an oat milk latte, as I’m allergic to dairy. I could tell almost immediately it was not oatmilk and I started having a bit of a reaction. I asked the barista to confirm it was oatmilk, she said yes, but by the way my body was reacting and the taste I knew it wasn’t. I had to go back through the line and reorder my drink as I couldn’t drink the one with dairy - it was disappointing, not because of the taste, but because I ended up having an allergic reaction due to negligence.

Again great place, but definitely some things they could improve on!

Fantastic coffee. But even more impressive to me has been how friendly the two baristas always are. I've gotten coffee here at least a dozen times, and the two people working always greet me with a smile and warm conversation. It's hard to find such consistently good customer service as what I see happening here right now. Thanks guys!

Cute place, friendly staff, lots of indoor and outdoor space. They have great vegan burritos, bagels and baked goods (when they don't run out). They get pretty busy, but it's worth the wait.

Beautiful interior and good vibes! I love the atmosphere, it's worth checking out for the decor alone. I've had some dang good matcha lattes here and I've noticed they have really nice mugs for their hot drinks. This is a great spot for getting some work done, chatting with a friend, or just stopping by to get a coffee or snack while browsing in the surrounding marketplace.
