Cafe Aroma

Love the lattes and espresso! ☕This is a much better coffee than even Starbucks (my personal opinion😎👍). After my first cup at Cafe Aroma, I tried starbucks and it just wasn't the same. I went back to Cafe Aroma and am definitely picking up a bag or two.
Thank you for a wonderfully delicious cup! Ladies are awesome here very sweet and helpful. 👍👍🌞

Need more help. That poor girl was running.

I was there at 5 ish today. The barista has very dark hair. She is the BEST and I wanted her to know. My breve was so good and absolutely no coffee burn!

Was working outside of mall for 10 days straight, order same coffee everyday. On 10th day, new person at counter, says she is manager...charges me more for same coffee ordered 9 days prior. When i explain this to her, she just doesnt care. Goes to show you customer is not always right. Over a few cents, i will get coffee somewhere else. Being a manager doesnt mean you are all knowing...Instead teach employees to charge correct amount every time. Oh well, hope everyone has a nice day

Not open when we arrived at 9 :28 on Saturday. At 9:32 employee arrived and began set up (including pulling out tables and chairs). She did not address our group of three and we are here almost every Saturday morning. We have noticed a change in quality in service and product over the last few months. And it hasn’t been for the better.

I got a latte, the young lady was very personable and proficient.

The coffee and tea is extremely hot. And obviously coffee and tea is supposed to be hot but not scolding to the point where I need to ice my hand after a little spills on it. On top of it being undrinkable for 20 minutes after purchase it's also really bland and they barely put any flavoring for the amount that they charge you.

Frustrated and disappointed.
It has been twenty minutes past opening and they are still not open.
I've been waiting so long for them to open, I called to ask what time they would be open this Sunday, they told me "in just seconds", so I waited another 5mins & then finally I gave up and went somewhere else.
I got here 15mins before they opened because I wanted to start my day working at the mall with a drink but I can't wait all day to for them to open.
They have two team members that have both been chatting since I've been waiting so I have no idea what the problem was but they certainly didn't communicate anything to me and instead let me wait - telling me nothing.
If anything, a business should be trying to open early, not extremely late. Especially if you have multiple people opening? I don't understand but it's disappointing and ruined my morning. I did not want to spend it being told "a few more seconds" for nearly a half hour…

Hello fellow coffee drinkers. I'd like to give a glowing review to the barista who made my coffee today (I wish I knew your name).

Today on my break I went to Cafe Aroma for a snack and a drink. I specifically requested that my frap be blended with sugar free syrup. As the girl who was helping me started blending my drink she realized that one of their other main ingredients for fraps had sugar in it. She turned to me and very kindly asked if I was diabetic. I told her I was as well as pregnant and that I'm trying to watch my sugars closely. Without a second thought she remade my drink while juggling with the other girl to help the massive amount of customers that were there. I was VERY impressed with her kind nature, personability, attention to detail, and professionalism. Needless to say I tipped her.

I'm so grateful for people like this that do the right thing just because it's the right thing to do. Also I've worked in food service before. And when it's slammed it can be extremely stressful and very tempting to take shortcuts.

This may seem like a small thing to some people. But to me it was HUGE. I don't buy fancy coffees very often anymore. So being to fully enjoy mine coffee without feeling sick and lethargic was amazing.

Thankyou kind barista for going above and beyond. I wish I could have tipped you more.
