Fast courteous service at the new Eagle Point location. It's on my way home, it's on my way to EP.

You gotta try the cold brew coffee! Great service. Good atmosphere. Walking distance to other shops. A nice little gem.

Good coffee, people are personable and make efforts to know your coffee habit. Only negative, the drive up lanes. Bad layout difficult for vehicles to enter/ exit and doesn't help with all the inept drivers out there.

Always great to find a coffee house with fun people behind the counter,. Just wish we didn't get a stomach ache every time we got coffee there :( (most likely from it being acidic, though it tasted fine each time we ordered)

If a customer comes through your line and asks for something that they are going to PAY FOR, I may suggest allowing that! The $1 item cost you the rest of my business, way to go! ✌

My drinks taste good (consistently!) and the gals that work here are nice. I prefer this location to others.

Very friendly staff and they pay attention to detail with their coffees. Slowly converting me to Black Rock from the good ole Dutch Bros. Their coffees are much smoother and full bodied than Dutch Bros.

Easy ingress and egress. Wait time less than average. Good brews, hot or cold. Friendly wait staff. Polite, clean , good service. I'd go back.

You know I just don't care for their coffee. Excellent service but I don't like the coffees. To me it tastes too earthy.
