Pirate Coffee is one of the gems along the Oregon Coast. The Coast, with such natural beauty, can have some disappointing tourist shops. However, Pirate Coffee is far from a disappointment. It is not only a great coffee shop for the area, it’s a great coffee shop period. They serve consistently delicious coffee. After our third consecutive day in, the barista remembered our order like we were regulars. Great coffee, atmosphere and service. Take it from a couple of Seattleites, Pirate Coffee is just about the most important place to stop in Depoe Bay.

Love finding locally owned, independent coffee roasters! This warm and cozy cottage on the 101 in Depoe Bay is just the right mix of kitch and class with an overall pirate theme. Local crafters offer their wares ranging from hand knitted scarves to elegant artwork. Happy we swung our rig around to stop in. Great coffee and customer service!

Really good coffee & chai and interesting snacks. Reasonably friendly with a fun piratey atmosphere. They are open 7 days a week, which is great, but they close at 4:00 so b/c of work schedules can only get there on a day off. The space and number of tables is limited.

This place makes a good cup of coffee. The location is nice and smells delicious when they are running the roasting machines. There are a few homemade treats and I hope they get back into making chocolates.

The smell of roasting coffee is great! The themed drinks are really fun. We like to sit in the park one block downwind and watch the waves in the cove.
