Great customer service and location makes Karma Coffee standout. For the price point, I would have expected that they make in-house syrups. Above average coffee overall, but for the area a great alternative to Starbucks and Dutch Bros.

Great independent coffee maker with some amazing bakery items. There are other two franchises but support local entrepreneurs is more like it for me! I got two travelers, great taste!

Lovely small town coffee shop. The staff is great!! Always pleasant and helpful!! The owner is awesome and it’s great to see her face in the drive through now and again. Love supporting local business! I recommend the breakfast burrito and a vanilla latte. But they also make great blended drinks!!

Had a Snickers and a Milky Way, large. The coffee wasn't very strong nor was the taste even close to what was requested, both drinks tasted exactly the same! Also had a breakfast burrito which was bland and premade [frozen & nuked]. The burrito was filled with what looked like puree, which wasn't appetizing. Thankfully I also picked up an a apple cinnamon scone and a muffin both of which were not bad.

You can do better for coffee and I definitely would not recommend their food. I won't be returning to this establishment!

The only reason I rated three stars was because it was clean and the staff was friendly, but I have to be honest about the food. I establishment and staff not been above standard then I would have definitely rated it a two star. I hope that they read this and improve their menu.

Fantastic coffee and baked goods. I love the interior decoration and style.

Had the motivator with spicy Chai and oat milk and it was excellent, but definitely a shop where sugar/milk are a must.

I also had a doppio that was too fine a grind and under extracted. Combine that with Allan bros coffee and it's definitely more of a 2nd wave coffee shop, but they do what they do well.

Staff was very busy so service was a bit slow but they were super friendly and the shop had a nice feel for a lazy Sunday morning.

A great place to hang out if you're like me and needed a place to chill while charging an EV at the library.

Top notch all around. If you like tea try the prickly pear iced with a flavor. Really yummy. Great coffee, awesome pastries and fantastic service always.

Nice coffee house that is comfortable but very loud. Inside some form of noise dampening would be good. Nice outdoor area and drive through. Coffee was good and reasonably priced.

Cozy bakery with tasty limited menu. We like the breakfast burrito. Great tasting coffee, lattes and more made to order. Handy dri e through where you meet super friendly staff.

Best coffee shop in Polk county! Seriously my wife and I have been coming here multiple times a week ever since they opened up. They’ve got a great menu for drinks and pastries. I absolutely love the cake donuts and blended mochas and positive energy. Staff are all wonderful and they can get very busy both the drive through and inside are packed out the door! These kids work hard so I have patience cuz this is not an easy job. I always leave generous tips too. Anyways thank you Karma and everyone who runs it!
