The customers service is awesome. The employees are enthusiastic and remember the regulars order. If your order isn't just write, they strive to make sure it is just the way you want it. They have mini tootsie pops too! Yummo!

Absolutely the best Dutch. Vancouver, North Bend, Salem, Sisters, Independence. None even close. The College age young adults are energetic, fun, interested, friendly and accurate. Their personalities alone will have you as a consistent customer. Oh yes, the coffee and smoothies rock, too.

What's not to like? We appreciate being able to get our "Dutch" as we travel. The associated are so friendly and efficient! They keep the " customer" in "customer service.

The girl at the counter was rude! I don't think it's very good customer service. When you have to scream at them because the music is so loud. Also I think it looks very tacky when the girl is sitting her butt in the window screaming because the music is so loud taking orders. I told her my drink did not taste good she informed me that I don't know how to order my drinks. I will give this place a thumbs down I'd rather get coffee from the Kwik-E-Mart and have better service

Great atmosphere! Everyone is super friendly and it's the place that I always pay it forward. I love knowing the person behind me will have a smile on their face and hope that it made a difference in their day.

Super friendly workers, great respect to the Covid-19 guidelines and still managing upbeat conversation. Would highly recommend stopping by for a nice splash of positivity and coffee!

I have never had a bad experience with Dutch Bros. The employees were all super nice and my drink was good. If you haven't been to a Dutch, I highly recommend them and this one is no different.

Great people, great service and they always have a delicious surprise rebel when I ask for it :) it's the highlight of my day. They keep the crowd moving and if you only have one drink they try to give it to you so you don't have to wait behind cars with groups!

Awesome workers alwayssssss! My baby was screaming the other morning so I had my music loud and they couldn't even hear her because of their owm music. Haha. Great kids, always yummy drinks.
