Moved into another state, couldn't find better teas they have to offer. I've ordered other teas, nothing like this one the best. I keep on purchasing it and still living my own cup of tea everyday. Thank you for the better service. Sure miss their stores. Love their ginger chews products!

best place for the best selection of teas ( I don't do coffee)

An absolutely wonderful shop with wonderful customer service and great prices! This shop was responsible for pulling me completely into tea by allowing me to experiment to my heart's content. They have a solid selection with offerings for every type of tea drinker, from western to eastern styles, flavored or not, herbal and more. Even after exploring specialty vendors, I still find that even the puerh selection here is well curated. Visiting this shop periodically is also a treat because they keep on rotating in new teas.

Absolutely superb. Even just chatting with the family via curbside, you can tell that they are very knowledgeable and are truly passionate about what they do! I've gotten great teas every time I've gone there with truly expert service. I have to restrain myself from going there every week to pick up more tea! Everything for a fantastic price too.

Service was available, but no indoor browsing. Staff made it very convenient with lists of teas and prices and products for viewing on an amazing display. It's so popular there were people lined up to make purchases. You owe it to yourself to see this local business that really knows their products. Parking is great and priced reasonable for quality. Some very unique items for gift giving too. It's the only place I will buy tea , coffee and gifts for those who appreciate the enjoyment of a moment of tea.

This place is the best. You can't find a better selection of bulk teas and spices unless you go to Eugene or Portland, I'm not even sure Salem has a place this awesome. Their prices are extremely reasonable, the quality and variety of their teas and coffees are unmatched, and the service is phenomenal. The Colette family is truly delightful.

Wow, they were SO helpful and friendly! My wife and I wanted to sample a variety of different types of coffee for fun and they explained the differences and helped us craft our flight. And the coffee was delicious! The dark Sumatra is perhaps the best cup of coffee I’ve had in my whole life. We will definitely be back.
