Kell's Koffee

Wow.

This place is fantastic. The quality of the shave ice is of something that I have never before seen in Oregon. They have a HUGE flavor selection. When I went today, I asked them to just pick the flavor for me. They ended up picking a mix of two flavors I had never had: Ube, similar to a purple yam, and something "similar to honeydew" that I can't quite remember the name of. All topped with a creamy sugar frosting.

Overall, I was incredibly impressed by the friendly staff, great location, and tasty bites.

I will certainly be visiting again.

This is my absolute favorite coffee spot in town! The coffee is always on point and so is the customer service. I walk here frequently on my work breaks and I can’t even tell you how many times my day has been brightened with great coffee & conversation 😊😊 thank you so much!

Dylan goes above and beyond to customize an amazing coffee experience for his patrons. I half jokingly asked for goat milk in my coffee. Of course never does a coffee shop have goat milk available. Everywhere always Oat milk, soy milk, hemp milk, low-fat milk, whole milk, coconut, and almond milk but never goat milk to my disappointment. Next time I stopped by for coffee at Kell's, voilà, there was goat milk!!! Which of course, I took an extra amount in my coffee. Kell's uses Farmers Union Coffee Roasters from Eugene which is a great coffee and even better with goat milk!

I stopped here after the Farmer's market for coffee because I saw a line forming. It was a sign that if folks were willing to wait it out in the cold and drizzling rain, if was worth. And they were right! Dillon, who runs the shop not only makes one of the best lattes I have ever had (Pistachio with a hint of spice in the milk) he was surely the kindest soul serving up coffee I have ever met. If I lived in Corvallis, this would be my every day stop. Bonus for those who come on Saturday: he makes poke bowls with a true Hawaiian touch. Don't miss out!

I dropped in simply because I was in the area. Its generally a gamble to get good "new" coffee, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Not only did the salespersons have warm and fun personalities - but the recommended coffee (lavender latte) was the best coffee ever! I will gladly drive out of my way to get this coffee again...and again!

I have no idea who the champ behind the stand is but they are the sweetest, funniest, happiest person that I've gotten coffee from. I hope they get everything they deserve cause they make a mean delicious drink and make you wish you could stay and extra 20 minutes to just hang out. Gave me the best coffee/tea/matcha idea too btw. Super great time, catn recommend enough tbh

Such a convenient place for a spot of coffee from a very friendly and charismatic barista! He has such a way with making tasty and unique combinations, including a variety of Keto based drinks as well as a few gluten-friendly snacks, like the ever-delicious Butter Mochi (I get one almost every time I stop by)

Visited Kell's Koffee for the first time today, and can confidently say I will be coming back often! Great selection of drinks and really friendly. Awesome addition to downtown Corvallis!
