Dutch Bros Coffee

If you are like me, sometimes you simply don't get enough sleep, but still have a lot you need to get done. In these cases, Dutch Bros is my savior. They offer giant coffee drinks with absurd amounts of caffeine and sugar with names like The Annihilator or the 911. There are two things that I find the most impressive about DB- One is how their staff always manages to be so friendly, all the time... Having to deal with people in the morning who haven't yet had their caffeine fix can't always be that pleasant, but the staff always manages to be extremely cheerful and friendly. After only a few visits they manage to remember my favorite drink. The second thing that impresses me is how fast they are- Even when there are long lines of cars waiting, that line moves quickly and I am able to get my drink in minutes.

first time here and we got our drinks free. beats the socks off any coffee drink I've had. absolutely amazing🤤 LOVE the friendly staff.

This location is amazing! Right when you get into town you can stop here. The staff are kind and fast with making drinks.

Very friendly atmosphere workers are always cheerful. I thought it was realy nice of one.of the workers when he asked what we were doing today we said our mom died that morning he purchased our drinks for us.

Of all the DBs I frequent (my stamp cards should have frequent mileage awards) in OR and into CA, I feel like this is the one I struggle with the most. Usually it's the service which I can generally shrug off.

Most recently the smile and chitchat was great but my order wasn't. She remade it and I hoped like heck the new one was right and the milk container she tossed was just left over on the counter because who puts milk and soy in a drink. I was wrong. My drink is a dairy/soy nightmare in my belly right now.

Please take the time to record the whole order. Mine is a ridiculous mouthful but getting it wrong makes me sick.

Does not follow instructions and does not care what you want.

I’ve always had a great experience here until the past couple times. I go to this dutch bros at least once a week during my lunch. The last time I went I brought my dutch bros cup from home (which had some coffee left from that morning). I hand the guy my cup and he never gave me the 25cents off for using my own cup, which I didn’t mind until he ran it to the window the lady opened the window and said as loud as she could “Yes I will gladly dump out YOUR drink.” As she starred at me. I’ve never once had an issue with someone doing it before so I’m very confused why it was such an issue this time. When I got to the window she wasn’t friendly at all and told the girl making my drink to hurry up so I could leave. When i got my cup back it was completely sticky and gross. Very disappointing when I go in all the time to this location and get treated poorly.

Nice Staff, drinks are fairly consistent but often sugar heavy. If you're not wanting the sugar on the heavy side just mention it beforehand.

I’m NEVER going here again..... there’s a guy whose more concerned about flirting while cars pile up than his job...what’s more distasteful is that some young girl that’s supposed to be taking orders, comes out, starts hollering like she’s at the club.... then begins to dance, shaking her rear in front of everyone, and starts rubbing her hind end on the hood of a customers car...... I don’t care how good your coffee is, I’d rather have morals and self-respect...

People are so nice! And coffee is great and so are the other drinks!
