Huge potential hip cool and groovy place a major disappointment. The owner bless his heart must have ADHD and can't keep his mind on his work. We came in to no other customers and ordered breakfast. An hour and a half later we got our food - AFTER the owner served the 10 or so pretty young women who came in after us.. When food was served, it came without utensils and the waffles were dry and burnt. My husband went to get at least a fork and the owner essentially told him to get out and shoved him. The owner was rude every step of the way . We've been there several times because I want to give it a chance. Each time is the same; altho this was the worst. We won't be going back. EVER.

Cool place to hang out. Very friendly Staff. Got a foot massage while I drank my Latte!! :-)

Love smaller shops but dislike poor customer service. Drive out of the way to go here. Barista guy helping two customers who were slowly deciding their order. I stood for a few minutes patiently waiting.... no eye contact from barista guy, no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you”. I left really disappointed because I wanted to try this cool local coffee shop. And I get that exceptional customer service is not every shops focus but it is mine. #customerservicefail #humanbeanrightnextdoor

Cute spot, but this was vying for the worst breakfast I've ever had, certainly in the valley. It's worth the trip to Ashland to go to Morning Glory instead. We ordered potatoes ($2.50) with our orders, which turned out to be about $.25 per potato chunk since there were about 10 small ones. One of the meals appeared to have been ordered off the kids menu when it came, and added up to about 10 bites. Service was also terrible, one person working alone who was rude and inhospitable. Definitely will be heading elsewhere in the future.
