There's was 2 girls and 2 cars and they spent all their attention at the other window. They left us waiting for 5 minutes and never once acknowledged us.

Drinks aren't bad in the taste department buuut......
In the future, when someone asks for a drink sugar free, make it sugar free please.

Me and my wife ordered a drink sugar free and after *politely* sending it back as we were initially given the wrong drinks, we got the correct drinks but not sugar free as my diabetic wife found out later.

(Also we had asked beforehand if the requested drink were able to be made sf and were told that they were)

If you're going to get back at a customer, decaf them, don't put sugar in it when it's specifically asked to be sugar free. (I know how food service works im not dumb) My wife is diabetic and it messed her blood sugar levels up. :(

Jitters is my FAVORITE place in town for coffee! They are the drive thru coffee shop with the most consistent hours, are locally owned and have seasonal offerings that keep my caffeine quota met in fun and interesting ways.

Best spot in town to grab a coffee. One employee, two drive through windows, so expect to wait a few minutes, but it's worth it. Great flavors. Reasonable prices.

Our Goldendoodle loves the girls at Jitters as much as we do. Thank you for the coffee & doggie treat❤😁

Driving through on our way home from Idaho, needed a quick caffeine stop, and ended up waiting over 10 minutes to get 2 lattes, with only 1 car in front of us. I was worried, after the wait and watching the barista, that the coffees wouldn't be good and they were terrible. So disappointing after all the good reviews.

Great espresso drinks in the middle of Nebraska. The locals were sipping coffee and playing checkers. Travelers are welcome, but the owners have their dedicated clientele. Seek it out as a rest stop on you way East or West.

Slowest coffee hut/shop this side of the Mississippi but at least they have decent espresso. Got a wet cappuccino that was a bit sweeter but you really had to search for the espresso... If you need coffee you can stop here on a road trip and they'll give you more than enough time to stretch your legs while you wait.

Great coffee and great service. Staff is friendly and personable. Good prices comparable to other coffee businesses in the area.

We found this place when looking for Buzz N... This coffee shack may have replaced Buzz N, I’m not sure, but we’re happy we found it either way.

There were two people working and both were very friendly. Neither of them had masks on, but we had traveled over much of Southeastern Oregon by the time we got here and found that not many people in the entire region wear masks. At this point of our long cross-country road trip, we had essentially given up on caring... Sort of a “if ya can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em” attitude.

If you can tolerate someone without a mask serving you coffee, you’ll find it delicious.

I ordered their “Mayan Mocha,” a variation of the drink sometimes referred to as “Aztec Mocha” or “Mexican Mocha” at other coffee places.

I can’t resist the chocolatey coffee with a spicy kick. The one I got at Jitters definitely did not disappoint.

Good coffee, good service, and great prices.
