Whether you’re a Burns native or just passing through this place is a MUST. Great coffee, cute home gifts and awesome book selection. Always greeted with a friendly face, and just has that relaxing, small-town genuine vibe.
A handy spot to swing in for some good high octane coffee. They have interesting flavors of the day, but their reg latte is spot on if the sweets are not your thing. Has a nice shop to look around while your coffee is being made without pushy sales people.
Bright and cute little shop! Super homey and warm. Their life is good clothing and antique candles are my favorite thing to go in for. Also recommend their coffee, the best in town!
The Book Parlor is the sweetest little coffee shop/decor store In downtown Burns.. unique decor and gifts! What could be better than a coffee and shopping!
A unique little bookstore like no other! Full of many books, treasures, and yummy coffee! Always such a peaceful and enjoyable experience in this little store! A must stop for everyone.
Great little coffee shops in a small town. I love getting a delicious coffee while shopping for home decor/books and visiting with friends. Highly recommend stopping when your in Burns.
All the members of the senior class received 25 dollar gift cards and when I went shopping there they had an amazing selection. The coffee is so good and I love the Life Is Good clothing selection they have.
I drove 2 and a half hours just to spend a little time in a real book store. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived at 10:15 on Monday morning to find that they had change their hours and we're now closed on Mondays. Update your information! Will I drive from Ontario to Burns again? Doubtful. If I knew I could count on an hour or so stumbling upon new titles and authors would the drive be worth it? Absolutely! Guess I'll be making the drive to La Grande on a regular basis. Won't give you another chance.
Excellent espresso and cappuccino in a charming totally unexpected place I found before giving up on Burns for a cup of coffee. Great and friendly service and turned out to be a good place to meet locals and get some tips for the road ahead. Enjoy!
Very friendly service, always willing to help, The Book Parlor goes out of their way to make sure everybody leaves happy and completely satisfied. Don't forget to get I've of their delicious coffees, while you are there.
