Thump Roastery & Bakery

Not a coffee drinker, usually go with matcha - and Thump’s matcha is great. Shoutout to Lucy for the great recommendations.

Honestly thought their baked goods and breakfast sandwiches were better than Sparrow 😯 really good pesto breakfast sandwich and chocolate croissant. Only issue was that it took FOREVER to get the sandwich. Their coffee is wonderful too!

Yummy coffee, really tasty house made pastries. The croissants are to die for! Frequented by a lot of cyclists and runners. Kind of weird location in a small business center overlooking a high school sports field, but charming nonetheless.

Amazing pastries, made in house. Great outdoor seating with fire pit and views of the Cascades. Espresso drinks always dependable.

Coffee was OK. Three stars because they are supposed to make and serve coffee and they do. but the place had a giant sign on the wall about how they are making the world a better place. What? You make the world a better place by serving pretentious overpriced coffee to people sitting around modelling their latest fashion purchases from REI and pretending that they are getting ready to go out and take on the wilderness because the dressed up and drove their SUVs to get coffee? How the heck is that making the world a better place? Would the world be a worse place if they had to make their own coffee? Would society crumble if they had to go to Starbucks? Would have given the place 4 star for the coffee, but knocked off a star because they are so self-righteous and snooty about it.

Good vibe good service. Love the fact that I mull over whether to order either my last coffee or first beer of the day. That's luxury. Good handmade salads here too!

Here we are at 8am on a Saturday. We have eaten the breakfast sammies here five of the last six days. This intentional. The bagels and the bacon on them are incredible, and the poached egg is a nice touch. The coffee is pretty great too. Highly recommend.

Decent selection of merchandise, with what I'm assuming is a newer logo.
Due to Covid there's no indoor seating and masks, while you wind thru the store, are required.
