We have become Dutch Bros costumers because of how great the people at this location are. They where so welcoming to us California's, such great attitude and the hot chocolates are the best we've ever had. We have stopped at 2 other Dutch Bros locations since discovering it in Oregon, and many more to come.

I’ll never go back here because I got a regular coffee that cost $3.50, they don’t accept cash, so I gave the credit card to the girl working and she asked “did you wanna leave a tip today?”

And I was like “sure”, it was too awkward to say no, but why would you tip someone for filling a a paper cup up with drip coffee that’s already overpriced. Anyway, just too awkward, and invasive and rude to ask for a tip. They just lost my business. I’ll take my business to a place where they don’t directly ask for tips for putting liquid in a paper cup.

Typical Dutch brothers quality here. For walk-ups they make you stand in line with the cars!? If Starbucks in Portland can manage to reopen in-store seating, can’t you guys manage a walk-up window?

I'm from Eureka, California and I love the Dutch Bros I have at home. I tried this Dutch Bros while traveling because it is in a convenient location just down the street from the hotel I was staying at. My family and I ordered four drinks and all of them were incorrect and not drinkable. We had to go to a different location to have them corrected.

I enjoy the extreme enthusiasm and extra excitement that the majority of employees exemplify. 👍

The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is because I really cannot justify buying coffee (every day) for a minimum of $3.00... the drinks are delicious, but the particular prices can disappointingly, definitely deplete your spending money over time. 💰

Favorites? I like just about anything and everything from D.B. ...yet I tend not to get it much due to prices, so it is difficult to say... also just a note that almost all drinks off the menu are SUPER SWEET, so be cautious...
I'd say for coffee, I go with something like a "white chocolate annihilator iced/blended, w/whip" or maybe a "blended cocomo" which is my mom's favorite. 😜
And if I was going with a rebel or another fruity-flavored drink, I'd probably go with an "iced/blended rebel w/passion fruit+any other flavor basically, w/ or w/o whip" because passion fruit pretty much goes with everything. 🙃

👍Some of the deals/promotions they offer and advertise are definitely worth the effort to get in on, at least from time to time.

TIP your barisitas! (Because they love you that much more for it; not always, but something even a dollar can make someone's day, so if you're lucky, they just might end up making your day sometime with some yummy, free coffee.) 💚🤑😬

Be happy and loving as always.

You know, I'm beginning to be a fan. The baristas are so friendly and easy going. The coffee is growing on me. The experience is easy!

Leaving 4 stars cus usually everything is great and coffee/service is solid! But this morning, we had an employee ring us up on a $15+ charge then he said “oops I totally hit the 25% tip button on accident.....so uhh, is that okay or???” and we said oh okay, that’s fine.

Kind of weird....that’s over a $3.75 tip, which normally we would be down to do anyways (we are millennials, not Karens, lolz). It just didn’t sit right and makes me kinda wonder how many other times they have “accidentally” given themselves the highest amount tip and then put customers on the spot of “or is this not okay with you??”

Really disappointed in how this stand is run, coffee is very weak and on numerous occasions I have caught a couple workers here over charging me (after I give them a $ tip). I also noticed that the coffee in the freeze machine is always lighter than the other stands. I think the people are nice but I am a reoccurring customer and when I get charged 4.75 for just a 16 Oz freeze everytime it gets offensive, especially when I leave a dollar tip and always the change when I can. Wouldn't recommend this stand.

I love Dutch Bros, I've become a bit of an addict since moving to Oregon 2 years ago. Be sure to check out their "super secret" menu online, where I found their Crazy Hawaiian (I get it asa frost, yummy!) and other flavors you would have no clue about at the kiosk. Happy coffeeing!
